1. The service
LeadGen, operated by Marshall Ridge Consulting Limited, provides tools to source leads and generate outreach messages. Messages are sent by you, from your own accounts (copy & paste). We do not send messages on your behalf.
2. Acceptable use & compliance
You are solely responsible for your outreach. You must comply with all applicable laws (anti-spam, telemarketing, data protection such as GDPR/ DPDP) and the terms of WhatsApp, email providers, and any data sources. You confirm you have a lawful basis to contact the people you reach.
3. Accounts
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits reset each billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Billing is handled by Stripe.
5. AI-generated content
Outreach drafts are generated by AI and provided “as is”. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every message before sending.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Changes & contact
