Privacy Policy — LeadGen

1. Who we are

LeadGen is a service operated by Marshall Ridge Consulting Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England. We provide software that helps members source business leads and generate personalized outreach. This policy explains how we handle personal data for account holders and the contacts they manage.

2. Data we process

Account data: your name, email, business profile, password hash.
Lead data you provide or source: business names, contacts, phone, email, public website information.
Usage data: messages generated, sourcing runs, billing status.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: generating outreach, organizing leads, billing, security, and support. We do not sell personal data.

4. Controller / processor

For lead/contact data you upload or source, you are the data controller and we act as a processor on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those individuals.

5. Sub-processors

We use service providers including cloud hosting (AWS), AI processing (Anthropic), payments (Stripe), and lead data (Google Places). Each processes data only to deliver their part of the service.

6. Your rights (GDPR / DPDP)

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. Export and account deletion are available in Settings → Your data. For other requests, contact us.

7. Retention

We retain account and lead data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your tenant data from our production database.
